What Mergeon helps with

Mergeon is built for users who want one mobile workspace for multiple AI providers, faster model switching, file-aware conversations, and reusable AI workflows.

Before you start

You may need your own API access from the AI provider you choose. Mergeon focuses on local configuration and direct provider access rather than bundling a shared model account.

If something is not working

  • Check that your provider endpoint and API key are valid.
  • Re-test the connection in the provider or conversation settings.
  • Confirm the selected model is still available from that provider.
  • Retry with a smaller attachment or a shorter request if the provider times out.

Data deletion

  • API keys can be removed from provider settings.
  • Chat history and local media can be cleared in app settings.
  • Removing the app deletes the local app sandbox from the device.
  • External providers may retain data according to their own policies.

Mergeon is designed around local storage and user-controlled provider connections, which means there is no required Mergeon cloud profile to delete before removing your local data.
